Each new homeowner in an assigned community network will receive a “Preferred Customer” card (two per household). The cards will be sent within four weeks of the closing of the new homeowner’s home. New homeowners will have the added incentive to do business with the community network members for their exclusive savings! These savings will be referenced in the ad space section of the exclusive community directory. The new homeowner will receive their exclusive savings by presenting their “Preferred Customer” card to the businesses in the community network. The “Preferred Customer” card will encourage frequent patronage and result in a long-term customer!
The network's community website address will be printed on the front of the "Preferred Customer" card. This will provide a permanent reminder of the website listing all network members in their respective community. Referring others to the website will broaden the network exposure. In doing so, opportunities for business growth and increased awareness are greatly heightened.
Community network members will also be provided an exclusive community directory and two “Preferred Customer” cards. All employees of each network member will also receive a "Preferred Customer" card. Doing so will promote patronage among the network members in their respective community for the products and/or services from other members in the network.
